The 2012 Cook-Off is sanctioned by the International Chili Society.

This year's event was held in conjunction the with the Green Market at the Corinth Depot. The purpose of the Green Market at the Corinth Depot is to offer an opportunity for local farmers, gardeners, artisans, craftsmen, etc. to sell their wares in an open-air, grassroots setting.
